  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

    Cognitive behavioural therapy - commonly known as CBT - is a type of therapy that works by helping you to understand that your thoughts and actions can affect the way you feel. It can tackle a range of problems including depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), eating disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and schizophrenia. The therapy usually takes place in a series of clearly structured sessions, Unlike most traditional talking therapies, CBT sessions focus on current problems and practical solutions rather than problems from your past. Treatment is usually short term and for a set length of time with a minimum of 6 one-hour sessions recommended. Daytime sessions £35/Evening £40
  • Relationship Counselling - Marriage & Couples Therapy

    Relationship counselling helps couples in a partnership or marriage, time and space to reflect on patterns of behaviour and to help them understand why they feel and respond the way they do. It can help them face past experiences which may be unresolved and which may be re-playing in their current relationship. At times, it is our learning in our own early family and childhood which may be getting in the way of our current intimate relationships. Relationship counselling can also help with other relationships in a family such as parent and children, brothers and sisters. A minimum of 6 sessions is recommended.
  • Trauma Therapy

    Specialised trauma therapy for complex childhood abuse and PTSD (Post traumatic stress disorder) Daytime sessions £35/Evening £40
  • Integrative Therapy

    Talking therapies can help you in lots of different situations. Talking therapy can help you if you are going through a bad time or have emotional problems you can't sort out on your own. For many adults, they may be the same or more effective than medication. Integrative Therapy is a particular type of taking therapy which will be tailored to suit your individuals needs using a range of recognised counselling methods which your counsellor will explain at a first session. A minimum of 6 sessions is recommended. Daytime sessions £35/Evening £40
